CDC says U.S. now has 25.8 million with diabetes

The latest 2011 Centers for Disease report states that the development of diabetes continues to grow. One third of these individuals do not know they have diabetes though it is easily diagnosed. Another third have prediabetes which studies have shown can be postponed or prevented with care. For the latest data go to http://www.cdc.gov/diabetes/pubs/factsheets
