2011 Diabetes Long Term Care Guide Debuts at Minnesota CDC Meeting

The new 6th edition of “the Guide” will debut at this weeks CDC Diabetes meeting in Minneapolis this week. Originated in 2003 by the Minneapolis St. Paul Diabetes Educators, it is now a free collaborative resource online at the Minnesota Dept of Health Diabetes website resulting in thousands of downloads.
